At Öksüt Mining, we manage all our activities in accordance with the ISO 1400:2015 Environmental Management System standard, minimizing our environmental impact. From waste sorting to water resource conservation, air quality monitoring to supporting natural life, we actively implement environmental management practices across a wide range of areas; we regularly monitor and improve this process. In this way, we secure not only today but also tomorrow.

At Öksüt Mining, we apply ISO 14001 in the following areas:

• Waste and water management

• Employee training and legal compliance

At Öksüt Mining, we aim to continuously improve our energy performance and reduce energy consumption through the ISO 50001 Energy Management System standard. We achieve both environmental and economic gains through steps such as using energy-efficient equipment, implementing energy-saving measures in field operations, and shifting towards renewable energy sources.

At Öksüt Mining, we implement ISO 50001 in the following areas:

• Monitoring and reporting of energy consumption
• Increasing energy efficiency in operational processes
• Selection of energy-efficient equipment and applications
• Providing energy management awareness training to employees

As Öksüt Mining, in line with our environmental sustainability goals, we have met all of our electricity consumption from renewable energy sources throughout 2025. This effort has been documented with the internationally valid I-REC (International Renewable Energy Certificate) system.

In total, our 15,000 MWh electricity consumption was supplied from zero-carbon wind power plants in Turkey, such as Gündoğdu Wind Power Plant and Salman Wind Power Plant. In this way, we significantly reduced our carbon footprint and made a concrete contribution to the fight against climate change.

At Öksüt Mining, our I-REC application includes the following benefits:

At Öksüt Mining, we prioritize the health and safety of our employees under the ISO 45001:2012 standard. We conduct risk analyses in all field operations and implement continuous improvement efforts to eliminate hazards. We ensure a safe working environment through practices such as emergency scenarios, occupational health and safety training, and the use of personal protective equipment.

At Öksüt Mining, we implement ISO 45001 in the following areas:

• Implementation of risk analysis and control measures
• Preparation of emergency management plans
• Provision of occupational health and safety training to all employees
