As Öksüt Mining, we achieved a significant milestone on the international stage in 2025 through our social impact and sustainability projects—ranging from education to agriculture, and from women’s empowerment to inclusive social support programs—that we implemented in Develi, Kayseri. Our projects, which generate value across a wide range of areas, were honored with a total of 14 awards from the Globee Awards, Stevie Awards, TITAN Business Awards, and Globee Impact Awards.
This record of success—recognized by multinational and independent jury committees amid competition from hundreds of projects worldwide—is the strongest evidence that we view mining not merely as an economic activity, but as a “value creation model” that enhances the quality of life for the community and strengthens the region’s future. These awards hold special significance because we are one of the few companies in Turkey’s mining sector to have won international awards.
Our Standout Achievements on the International Stage
Highlights from the awards we received throughout 2025, which crown our corporate vision:
- Leadership in Sustainability and Agriculture: Our Flake Feed Production Facility project, implemented to support agricultural development, won two separate Platinum awards at the TITAN Business Awards in both the “Sustainability Initiative of the Year” and “Agriculture” categories.
- Social Welfare and Excellence in Education: At the Globee Awards, we were honored with the Gold (Best in Category) award in the “Best CSR Initiative” category for our projects aimed at transforming social welfare through education and healthcare. Additionally, our projects supporting girls’ participation in STEM fields were honored with a Gold award at the Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
- Inclusive Social Responsibility: Our “Barrier-Free Living, Care, Rehabilitation, and Family Counseling (Autism) Center” project won a Gold award at the TITAN Business Awards, while our Gacer Café and Women Producers’ Cooperative projects received Gold awards in the women-focused social responsibility category at the Globee Impact Awards.
Toward the Future with a Value-Creating Approach to Mining
Every award we’ve won serves as global validation of the tangible change we’ve brought to the lives of people in our region. As Öksüt Mining, we operate with a sense of responsibility that focuses not only on the present but also on future generations. Educational initiatives reaching over 13,000 students, infrastructure improvements in 81 schools, additional support for 2,400 disadvantaged students, contributions to 190 students achieving top rankings in national and international competitions, and models that increase girls’ interest in STEM fields; Through our Silage Packaging and Flake Feed facilities, we have provided production and productivity benefits to more than 5,500 farmers, and by empowering women producers economically, we will continue to create sustainable and measurable impacts.
