In this program, you learn mining by working alongside experienced teams in the real field. While putting your technical knowledge into practice, you also develop your personal competencies, ranging from communication to leadership.

Scope of the Program
From the very first days of the program, you can learn firsthand about the responsibilities of the sector by receiving training in areas such as occupational health and safety, environmental management, and sustainable mining. Additionally, you can develop yourself both professionally and personally through departmental presentations, communication, and leadership workshops.
By applying what you’ve learned in theory in the field, you can experience firsthand the dynamics of mining, operational processes, and the importance of workplace safety culture. You can work alongside teams and become part of the production process.
By working one-on-one with our expert staff, you can learn technical skills and experience how to apply them. You can take responsibility in real projects and take the first step in your career on a solid foundation.

Who can apply?
- Third or fourth-year students studying Mining, Geology, Environmental, Mineral Processing, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial, Computer Engineering and related departments at universities
- Young talents who are team-oriented and open to learning and development
- Dynamic candidates who can adapt to field conditions
Application Process
Our internship program lasts 4-6 weeks, from June to September.
