Assurance with the Ethics Violation Reporting Hotline
As part of our psychological safety culture, we offer an Ethics Violation Reporting Hotline so that our employees and stakeholders can share their concerns confidentially and safely. This hotline allows our employees to report situations they perceive as unethical or unsafe without fear of retaliation.
Protection Against Retaliation
We do not tolerate retaliation, such as dismissal, threats, harassment, or discrimination, against any coworker or stakeholder who reports misconduct in good faith. We protect the rights of everyone who reports misconduct.
