Local Employment
We consider contributing to the social and economic development of the region in which we operate to be one of our priorities. In this context, we conduct our recruitment processes using a system that is transparent, accessible, and prioritizes local communities.
We announce our open positions primarily by publishing them in local newspapers. We collect applications from candidates through resumes and application forms via our Public Relations department and share them with our Human Resources team.
Sustainable Social Development
Today, we provide employment to approximately 1,400 people at the Öksüt site. Approximately 80% of this workforce consists of local people from the Kayseri and Develi regions. In this way, we implement an employment policy that also serves development goals.
